1. Promoter and acceptance

The promoter is Loopii Technologies Pty Ltd (ACN 695 140 722), registered in New South Wales, Australia (“Loopii”). Contact: support@loopii.io.

By selecting “Agree & enter” or publishing a Wave as a competition entry, you agree to these Official Rules and the Loopii Terms of Service. If the App presents a newer numbered version, you must review and accept that version before further entries can qualify.

2. Eligibility

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, you must:

• be at least 18 years old and hold a valid personal Loopii account;
• be legally permitted to enter and receive the prize where you live;
• be physically present at a participating snowfield when capturing the entry; and
• not be a Loopii employee, administrator, official/system account, or another account excluded by Loopii for competition integrity.

Internet access, a compatible phone, the in-App camera and precise location permission are required. Standard carrier or data charges may apply.

3. Competition period and locations

The competition opens at 12:00 am on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on 30 September 2026, in the Pacific/Auckland time zone. Loopii’s server time determines whether an entry or interaction is on time.

An entry must pass Loopii’s location checks inside the active area of a participating Australian or New Zealand snowfield. The App’s server-side eligibility decision at capture or upload is authoritative, subject to correction of a clear technical error.

4. How to enter

1. Sign in to Loopii and accept the current Snow Wave rules.
2. At a participating snowfield, create a Photo Wave or add an original on-site photo or video to an eligible Wave using the in-App camera.
3. Complete the location check and publish during the competition period.

Each account may submit multiple original works. A work can qualify only once. Multiple qualifying works attached to the same parent Wave are combined into that Wave, and the parent Wave occupies only one position on each relevant leaderboard.

Entries must be the entrant’s own work, be safe and lawful to capture, and have all permissions needed for identifiable people, music, locations and other protected material. Do not capture content while skiing, driving or acting dangerously.

5. Scoring and tie-breaks

Eligible activity is aggregated across all qualifying works in a parent Wave:

• one point for each unique eligible account that likes the Wave; and
• two points for each unique eligible account that leaves an approved comment.

The same eligible account may contribute up to three points to the same Wave—one through a like and two as a commenter. Repeated likes or comments by that account do not add further competition points. The entrant’s own activity, and activity from Loopii staff, administrators, official accounts, bots, purchased accounts or other ineligible actors, does not score.

Each eligible Wave has one place on the Australia + New Zealand combined board and on its applicable country board. If Waves have equal scores, the Wave that first entered the competition ranks higher; if still tied, Loopii uses the earlier server record identifier as the deterministic tie-break.

Live leaderboards are indicative only. Scores and eligibility remain provisional until final integrity review.

6. Provisional winner and prize

Subject to the review below, the eligible Wave ranked #1 on the New Zealand Snowfield Ranking at the closing time is the provisional winning Wave. The Australia + New Zealand combined ranking and individual resort rankings do not separately award a prize.

If the winning Wave contains works from more than one person, the prize recipient is the eligible contributor whose qualifying photo or video has the highest individual score within that Wave at closing. An individual score uses the same one-point-per-eligible-like and two-points-per-eligible-commenter formula in section 5. If qualifying works are tied, Loopii retains the existing in-Wave leader where one exists; otherwise the earliest qualifying tied work wins.

The prize is ski gear with a total recommended retail value of NZ$500. Exact item, brand, size and availability may vary. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash unless Loopii agrees or applicable law requires otherwise. Loopii will pay ordinary delivery costs to an address it confirms it can service; duties or costs caused by an unsupported or international delivery address may require another lawful fulfilment arrangement.

7. Verification, notification and disqualification

After closing, Loopii will freeze the provisional result and review location evidence, account eligibility, originality, moderation status and engagement integrity. Loopii may remove bot, purchased, coordinated, duplicate, self, staff, abusive or otherwise suspicious activity and recalculate the result.

Loopii intends to contact the verified provisional winner by the email linked to the Loopii account and/or an in-App message within 10 business days after completing review. The contacted person must respond and provide reasonable eligibility and delivery information within 14 days. If they do not respond, cannot be verified, decline the prize or are disqualified, Loopii may review and contact the next eligible ranked Wave.

Loopii may reject or disqualify an entry for false or spoofed location, reused or non-original media, unsafe conduct, rights infringement, manipulation, harassment, spam, technical abuse, breach of these rules or breach of the Loopii Terms. A decision will be made reasonably and in good faith, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy, changes, liability and contact

Loopii uses account, content, precise location, device/security signals and engagement information to administer and protect the competition, as described in the Privacy Policy. A winner’s display name, Wave and snowfield may be announced in Loopii and Loopii’s promotional channels. Any use beyond the licences already granted under the Terms will require permission where required by law.

If circumstances outside Loopii’s reasonable control materially affect the competition, Loopii may suspend, correct, extend, cancel or modify it only as reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law. Material changes will be displayed in the App or on this page; accepted entries will not be retrospectively disadvantaged unless necessary for legality, safety or integrity.

Nothing in these rules excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. The rules are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, with non-exclusive jurisdiction. Questions or disputes should first be sent to support@loopii.io with “Snow Wave 2026” in the subject.

If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

2. 参加资格

参加免费，无需购买。你必须：

• 年满 18 岁，并持有有效的个人 Loopii 账号；
• 依你居住地法律有权参加并领取奖品；
• 拍摄参赛作品时本人位于参与活动的雪场；
• 不是 Loopii 员工、管理员、官方/系统账号，也不是因活动诚信原因被排除的账号。

参加需要网络、兼容手机、App 内相机及精确定位权限；运营商可能收取一般网络费用。

3. 活动时间与地点

活动于 2026 年 6 月 1 日 00:00 开始，于 2026 年 9 月 30 日 23:59 截止，均以 Pacific/Auckland 时区为准。投稿或互动是否准时，以 Loopii 服务器时间为准。

作品必须通过 Loopii 的位置核验，并位于澳大利亚或新西兰参与雪场的有效范围内。除非存在明显技术错误，以 App 服务器在拍摄或上传时作出的资格判断为准。

4. 如何参加

1. 登录 Loopii，并接受当前版本的 Snow Wave 规则。
2. 本人在参与雪场，通过 App 内相机创建 Photo Wave，或向符合资格的 Wave 添加本人原创的现场照片或视频。
3. 完成位置核验，并在投稿期内发布。

每个账号可以提交多份原创作品；同一作品只可获得一次参赛资格。同一主 Wave 下的多份合格作品会合并计入该 Wave，该主 Wave 在每个相关榜单只占一个名次。

作品必须为本人原创，拍摄行为安全合法，并已取得画面中人物、音乐、地点及其他受保护素材所需的许可。不得在滑雪、驾驶或进行危险行为时拍摄。

5. 计分与同分处理

同一主 Wave 下所有合格参赛作品的有效互动合并计算：

• 每个有效账号点赞，计 1 分；
• 每个有效账号发布一条通过审核的评论，计 2 分。

同一有效账号最多可通过一个赞和评论者身份为同一 Wave 贡献 3 分；重复点赞或评论不会继续增加比赛分数。参赛者自己的互动，以及 Loopii 员工、管理员、官方账号、机器人、购买账号或其他无效账号的互动不计分。

每个合格 Wave 在澳新总榜及其所属国家榜各占一个名次。同分时，更早进入活动的 Wave 排名优先；如仍相同，则按服务器中更早的记录编号确定顺序。

实时榜单只作参考。最终资格和分数须通过活动结束后的诚信审核。

6. 暂定获奖者与奖品

在通过下述最终审核的前提下，截止时位于新西兰雪场榜第一名的合格 Wave 为暂定获奖 Wave。澳新总榜及单个雪场榜的名次不另外产生奖品。

如果获奖 Wave 包含多人作品，奖品归截止时在该 Wave 内个人作品积分最高的合格贡献者。个人作品积分同样按第 5 条规定计算：每个有效点赞 1 分，每个有效评论者 2 分。合格作品同分时，如已有当前 Wave 领先者，则由该领先者保持名次；否则以更早发布的同分合格作品优先。

奖品为总建议零售价 NZ$500 的滑雪装备。具体商品、品牌、尺寸和库存可能不同。除非 Loopii 同意或法律另有要求，奖品不可转让或兑换现金。Loopii 承担送往其确认可配送地址的一般配送费；如地址不受支持或涉及国际税费，双方可能需要协商其他合法履约方式。

7. 核验、通知与取消资格

投稿结束后，Loopii 会冻结暂定结果，并审核位置证据、账号资格、原创性、内容审核状态及互动真实性。机器、购买、协同刷分、重复、自刷、员工、滥用或其他异常互动可被移除，排名会据此重新计算。

Loopii 计划在完成审核后的 10 个工作日内，通过账号绑定邮箱和/或 App 消息联系经核验的暂定获奖者。对方须在 14 日内回复，并提供合理的资格与配送信息。未回复、无法通过核验、拒绝奖品或被取消资格时，Loopii 可审核并联系下一名合格 Wave。

虚假或伪造定位、重复或非原创媒体、危险行为、侵权、操纵排名、骚扰、垃圾内容、技术滥用、违反本规则或服务条款，均可能导致作品被拒绝或取消资格。Loopii 会在诚信和合理基础上作出决定，不影响法律规定不得排除的权利。

8. 隐私、规则变更、责任与联系

Loopii 会按隐私政策处理账号、作品、精确位置、设备/安全信号和互动信息，以运营并保护本活动。获奖者的显示名称、Wave 和雪场可能在 Loopii 及其推广渠道公布；超出服务条款已有授权的使用，会在法律要求时另行取得许可。

如 Loopii 无法合理控制的情况严重影响活动，Loopii 仅在合理必要且法律允许的范围内暂停、更正、延长、取消或修改活动。重大变更会在 App 或本页面公布；除为合法、安全或诚信所必需，不会追溯性地损害已经符合资格的投稿。

本规则不排除《澳大利亚消费者法》或其他适用法律下不得排除的权利或救济。本规则适用澳大利亚新南威尔士州法律，该州法院拥有非专属管辖权。问题或争议请发送至 support@loopii.io，邮件标题注明“Snow Wave 2026”。

在法律允许范围内，如译文与英文版不一致，以英文版为准。
