1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using Loopii, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

2. What Loopii provides

Loopii is a location-based social service for discovering people, places, activities and local stories. Features may include Waves, time-bound events, chat, Spark, Lumi, automatic translation, points, rewards, trades and optional identity verification. Features may change, be tested with limited users or differ by country.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information where requested, keep your credentials secure and do not sell or transfer your account. Display names and avatars may be pseudonymous, but you must not impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity under your account and should notify us promptly of unauthorised use.

4. Waves, events and check-ins

A Wave is Loopii’s place-based container for an activity, moment or story. A Photo Wave can remain at a place and accumulate contributions over time. A time-bound Wave or event can have a start, end, host, participant limit, price or approval flow. “Start a Wave”, “Join the Wave” and “Add to the Wave” describe different actions; joining does not prove attendance, and a check-in does not by itself create a contractual relationship.

Do not falsify location, time, attendance, scores or media. Location-based actions may require precise location, accuracy and time evidence. We may reject, remove or disqualify entries that cannot be verified or that breach rules.

5. Events, organisers and payments between users

Users, businesses, schools, community groups or public bodies may organise activities. An “official”, “verified” or organiser label identifies the source or verification state shown in the app; it is not a guarantee of quality, legality, identity, safety or Loopii endorsement unless we expressly say so. Unless Loopii expressly provides checkout, payments between organisers and participants occur outside Loopii. The organiser is responsible for descriptions, permissions, pricing, refunds, taxes, accessibility, safety and delivery. Loopii is not a party to those arrangements.

6. Meeting people and safety

Online and in-person interactions involve risk. Use judgment, meet in appropriate public places, tell someone your plans and follow local laws and venue rules. Optional identity verification is not a background check and does not guarantee age, character, intentions or safety. Loopii is not an emergency service.

7. Your content and licence

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Loopii a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, translate, adapt for technical display, moderate, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, promote and protect the service, including public link previews and in-app sharing. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for the people, music, places and material shown.

Public content may be copied or re-shared by others. Deleting an account removes your identity and personal Wave media as described in the Privacy Policy, but shared messages, comments, events and a community-contributed Photo Wave may remain anonymously so other users’ experiences are not broken. We may remove any Wave or content for safety, legal, technical or moderation reasons; “ongoing” does not guarantee permanent storage.

8. Acceptable use

You must not post or arrange illegal, fraudulent, dangerous, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive or misleading content; exploit minors; impersonate others; manipulate rankings; spam; scrape data; bypass security; upload malware; misuse reporting; or use Loopii to facilitate prohibited goods or conduct. Obtain consent before posting identifiable images or recordings of others.

9. Chat, translation, Lumi and AI

Messages and notification text may be translated automatically. Lumi, translations, recommendations and AI-generated images are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial, safety or emergency advice. You remain responsible for decisions and for checking important translations. Do not rely on AI to assess whether meeting someone is safe.

10. Points, rewards and promotions

Points are promotional, have no cash value, are not property and cannot be sold or transferred unless we expressly allow it. We may correct balances affected by error, fraud, reversal or rule violations. Rewards depend on availability, eligibility, verification, stock and delivery restrictions. Physical delivery requires accurate information.

Contests, prize Waves and campaigns such as Snow Wave or The Great City Cook-Off may have separate Official Rules covering territory, dates, judging, eligibility, prizes and disqualification. Those Official Rules form part of these Terms for that promotion and prevail if inconsistent. Do not enter a promotion unless its rules are displayed and you accept them. Current and archived rules are available at loopii.io/promotions.

11. Trades and marketplace activity

If trade or marketplace features are available, users deal directly with each other. Do not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, dangerous or prohibited items. Unless expressly stated, Loopii does not inspect, own, deliver, guarantee or process payment for listed items.

12. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Apple App Store or Google Play processes app purchases. Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled in the applicable store settings within the period shown by that store. Deleting Loopii does not itself cancel a store subscription. Refunds are handled under store rules and rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Moderation, suspension and termination

We may investigate, limit visibility, remove content, cancel participation, adjust points, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance or enforcement. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests. You may delete your account in the app. Provisions that by nature should survive—such as licences for retained shared content, payment obligations, disclaimers and dispute terms—continue after termination.

14. Intellectual property

Loopii, Lumi, our characters, software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. Except for rights expressly granted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, sell or misuse them. Feedback may be used without obligation to you.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Loopii is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, matches, attendance, safety, event quality, user identity, prize outcome, content accuracy, map accuracy, translation or AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, remedies or rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

16. Liability and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, or for conduct, content, events, payments, trades or meetings controlled by users or third parties. You are responsible for loss caused by your unlawful content, breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights and agree to indemnify us to the extent permitted by law. This clause does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms and will give appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Contact support@loopii.io.

Wave 是 Loopii 将活动、瞬间或故事与地点连接的载体。照片 Wave 可长期留在地点并持续累积贡献；限时 Wave 或活动可设开始结束时间、主办人、人数、价格或审批流程。“发起一场 Wave”“加入这场 Wave”和“我到了·加入这一刻”代表不同动作；加入不等于已到场，打卡也不会自动形成合同关系。

不得伪造位置、时间、出席、分数或媒体。定位操作可能需要精确位置、精度及时间作为依据。无法核验或违反规则的内容可被拒绝、移除或取消资格。

5. 主办方、官方标识与用户间付款

个人、商家、学校、社区或公共机构都可能组织活动。“官方”“已认证”或主办方标识仅说明 App 展示的来源或认证状态；除非我们明确说明，否则不保证质量、合法性、身份或安全，也不代表 Loopii 背书。除非 Loopii 明确提供结算，主办方和参与者的付款在平台外进行。主办方负责说明、许可、定价、退款、税务、无障碍、安全和履约，Loopii 不是这些交易的当事方。

6. 见面与安全

线上和线下互动均存在风险。请保持判断，在合适的公共场所见面、告知他人行程，并遵守法律和场地规则。身份认证不是背景调查，也不保证年龄、品行、意图或安全。Loopii 不是紧急服务。

7. 你的内容与授权

你保留所创内容的所有权。为运营、改进、推广和保护服务，你授予 Loopii 非独占、全球、免版税的许可，用于托管、存储、复制、翻译、技术适配、审核、展示和分发内容，包括公开链接预览和 App 内分享。你确认拥有涉及人物、音乐、地点和素材所需的权利及同意。

公开内容可能被他人复制或转发。删除账号时会按隐私政策移除你的身份和个人 Wave 媒体；但共享消息、评论、活动及已有社区贡献的照片 Wave 可能匿名保留，以免破坏其他人的体验。出于安全、法律、技术或审核需要，我们可以移除任何 Wave 或内容；“持续”不代表保证永久存储。

8. 可接受的使用

不得发布或组织违法、欺诈、危险、仇恨、骚扰、性剥削、侵犯隐私或误导性内容；不得伤害未成年人、冒充他人、操纵榜单、群发骚扰、抓取数据、绕过安全、上传恶意程序、滥用举报，或利用 Loopii 促成违禁商品或行为。发布可识别他人的影像或录音前应取得同意。

9. 聊天、翻译、Lumi 与 AI

消息和通知文字可能自动翻译。Lumi、翻译、推荐及 AI 图像由自动系统生成，可能不准确、不完整或不合适，不构成专业、医疗、法律、财务、安全或紧急建议。你需自行核实重要内容，也不得依赖 AI 判断与他人见面是否安全。

10. 积分、奖品与推广活动

积分属于促销权益，没有现金价值，不是财产，除非明确允许，否则不可出售或转让。因错误、欺诈、撤销或违规产生的余额，我们可以更正。奖品受库存、资格、认证及配送限制。实物配送需要准确信息。

Snow Wave、The Great City Cook-Off 等竞赛或有奖 Wave 可能适用单独的《官方规则》，规定地区、日期、评审、资格、奖品和取消资格。相关规则构成本条款的一部分；不一致时以活动规则为准。若活动没有展示规则，请勿参加。当前及往期活动规则可在 loopii.io/promotions 查看。

11. 交易与市场

如提供交易功能，用户直接与彼此交易。不得发布违法、盗窃、假冒、召回、危险或禁止的物品。除非明确说明，Loopii 不检查、不拥有、不配送、不担保，也不处理相关付款。

12. 订阅与应用内购买

App 购买由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 处理。价格和续订条件在购买前显示。订阅会按商店显示的规则续订，需在相应商店设置中取消。删除 Loopii 账号不会自动取消商店订阅。退款按商店规则及不可排除的法定权利处理。

13. 审核、暂停与终止

为安全、诚信、合规或执行规则，我们可以调查、限制展示、移除内容、取消参与、调整积分、暂停或终止访问，也可能保全证据并配合法律要求。你可在 App 内删除账号。按性质应继续有效的条款，如保留共享内容的许可、付款义务、免责声明和争议条款，在终止后仍有效。

14. 知识产权

Loopii、Lumi、角色、软件、设计和品牌属于我们或许可方。除明确授权外，不得复制、反向工程、出售或滥用。我们可在不对你承担义务的情况下使用反馈。

15. 免责声明

在法律允许范围内，Loopii 按“现状”和“可提供”基础提供。我们不保证持续可用、匹配结果、出席、安全、活动质量、用户身份、奖项结果、内容、地图、翻译或 AI 的准确性。本条款不排除《澳大利亚消费者法》或其他适用法律下不可排除的保障、救济或权利。

16. 责任与赔偿

在法律允许范围内，我们不对间接、特殊或后果性损失承担责任，也不对由用户或第三方控制的行为、内容、活动、付款、交易或见面负责。你应对自己的违法内容、违约或侵权造成的损失负责，并在法律允许范围内赔偿我们。本条不限制依法不得限制的责任。

17. 变更、法律与联系

重大变更会给予适当通知。在法律允许时，生效后继续使用表示接受修订条款。本条款受澳大利亚新南威尔士州法律管辖，该州法院拥有非专属管辖权。联系：support@loopii.io。

3. 主催者と安全

公式・認証・主催者表示は出所または確認状態を示すだけで、安全や品質の保証ではありません。ユーザー間の支払いは、Loopii が明示的に決済を提供しない限り当事者間で行われます。本人確認は身元調査ではありません。対面時は通常の安全対策をとってください。

4. コンテンツ

権利は利用者に残りますが、サービス運営、翻訳、表示、モデレーション、公開リンク共有に必要な非独占的ライセンスを Loopii に許諾します。他者の権利を侵害する内容、違法・危険・詐欺・嫌がらせ・誤解を招く内容は禁止です。公開内容は第三者に再共有される場合があります。

5. AI・ポイント・キャンペーン

Lumi、翻訳、推薦、AI 画像は不正確な場合があり、専門的または安全上の助言ではありません。ポイントは現金・財産ではなく、規則違反や誤りは修正できます。賞品キャンペーンには別途 Official Rules が適用され、表示されていない場合は参加しないでください。

6. 購入・終了・免責

アプリ購入は Apple/Google が処理し、アカウント削除だけでは購読は解約されません。安全、法令または規約執行のため内容削除や利用停止を行う場合があります。サービス、利用者、イベント、地図、翻訳、AI の完全性を保証しませんが、排除できない消費者の権利は制限しません。

7. 法律・連絡先

4. 콘텐츠

권리는 사용자에게 있으나 운영, 번역, 표시, 관리와 공개 링크 공유에 필요한 비독점 라이선스를 Loopii에 부여합니다. 불법·위험·사기·괴롭힘·오해 또는 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠는 금지됩니다. 공개 콘텐츠는 재공유될 수 있습니다.

5. AI·포인트·캠페인

Lumi, 번역, 추천과 AI 이미지는 부정확할 수 있으며 전문 또는 안전 조언이 아닙니다. 포인트는 현금이나 재산이 아니며 오류·위반은 조정할 수 있습니다. 경품 캠페인은 별도 Official Rules가 적용되며 규칙이 표시되지 않으면 참여하지 마세요.

6. 구매·종료·면책

Apple/Google이 앱 구매를 처리하며 계정 삭제만으로 구독이 취소되지 않습니다. 안전·법률·규칙 집행을 위해 콘텐츠나 접근을 제한할 수 있습니다. 서비스, 사용자, 이벤트, 지도, 번역 또는 AI의 완전성을 보장하지 않으며 배제할 수 없는 소비자 권리는 제한하지 않습니다.

2. Waves y eventos

Un Wave vincula una actividad, momento o historia a un lugar. Un Photo Wave puede acumular aportaciones; un Wave/evento temporal puede tener horario, anfitrión, aforo, precio o aprobación. Unirse no prueba asistencia y registrarse no crea un contrato. No falsifiques ubicación, hora, asistencia, puntuación ni medios.

3. Organizadores y seguridad

Las etiquetas oficial, verificado u organizador indican procedencia o estado, no garantizan seguridad ni calidad. Salvo que Loopii ofrezca expresamente el cobro, los pagos son entre usuarios. La verificación no es una comprobación de antecedentes. Toma precauciones al conocer a alguien.

4. Contenido

Conservas tus derechos, pero concedes a Loopii una licencia no exclusiva para alojar, traducir, mostrar, moderar y compartir enlaces cuando sea necesario. Se prohíbe contenido ilegal, peligroso, fraudulento, acosador, engañoso o que vulnere derechos. El contenido público puede volver a compartirse.

5. IA, puntos y promociones

Lumi, traducciones, recomendaciones e imágenes IA pueden ser incorrectas y no son asesoramiento profesional ni de seguridad. Los puntos no son dinero ni propiedad y pueden corregirse por error o infracción. Las promociones con premio tienen Official Rules independientes; no participes si no se muestran.

6. Compras, suspensión y exenciones

Apple/Google procesa compras; borrar la cuenta no cancela la suscripción. Podemos retirar contenido o acceso por seguridad, ley o cumplimiento. No garantizamos disponibilidad, usuarios, eventos, mapas, traducciones o IA, sin excluir derechos de consumo irrenunciables.

7. Ley y contacto

Vous gardez vos droits mais accordez à Loopii une licence non exclusive pour héberger, traduire, afficher, modérer et partager des liens si nécessaire. Les contenus illégaux, dangereux, frauduleux, harcelants, trompeurs ou portant atteinte aux droits sont interdits. Le contenu public peut être repartagé.

5. IA, points et promotions

Lumi, traductions, recommandations et images IA peuvent être erronées et ne sont pas des conseils professionnels ou de sécurité. Les points ne sont ni argent ni propriété et peuvent être corrigés. Les promotions avec prix ont des Official Rules distinctes ; ne participez pas si elles ne sont pas affichées.

6. Achats, suspension et exclusions

Apple/Google traite les achats ; supprimer le compte n’annule pas l’abonnement. Nous pouvons retirer contenu ou accès pour sécurité, loi ou respect des règles. Nous ne garantissons pas disponibilité, utilisateurs, événements, cartes, traductions ou IA, sans exclure les droits impératifs des consommateurs.

2. Waves e eventos

Um Wave liga atividade, momento ou história a um local. Um Photo Wave pode acumular contribuições; um Wave/evento temporal pode ter horário, anfitrião, limite, preço ou aprovação. Aderir não prova presença e o check-in não cria contrato. Não falsifique local, hora, presença, pontuação ou média.

3. Organizadores e segurança

Rótulos oficial, verificado ou organizador mostram origem ou estado, sem garantir segurança ou qualidade. Salvo pagamento fornecido expressamente pela Loopii, os pagamentos são entre utilizadores. A verificação não é uma investigação de antecedentes. Tome precauções ao encontrar pessoas.

4. Conteúdo

Mantém os direitos, mas concede à Loopii licença não exclusiva para alojar, traduzir, mostrar, moderar e partilhar links quando necessário. É proibido conteúdo ilegal, perigoso, fraudulento, assediante, enganador ou que viole direitos. Conteúdo público pode ser repartilhado.

5. IA, pontos e promoções

Lumi, traduções, recomendações e imagens IA podem errar e não são aconselhamento profissional ou de segurança. Pontos não são dinheiro ou propriedade e podem ser corrigidos. Promoções com prémio têm Official Rules próprias; não participe se não forem apresentadas.

6. Compras, suspensão e exclusões

Apple/Google trata compras; apagar a conta não cancela subscrição. Podemos remover conteúdo ou acesso por segurança, lei ou regras. Não garantimos disponibilidade, utilizadores, eventos, mapas, traduções ou IA, sem excluir direitos obrigatórios do consumidor.

Ein Wave verbindet Aktivität, Moment oder Geschichte mit einem Ort. Ein Photo Wave kann Beiträge sammeln; ein zeitgebundener Wave/Event kann Zeit, Gastgeber, Limit, Preis oder Freigabe haben. Beitritt beweist keine Anwesenheit und Check-in schafft keinen Vertrag. Standort, Zeit, Anwesenheit, Ergebnis oder Medien dürfen nicht gefälscht werden.

3. Veranstalter und Sicherheit

Offiziell-, Verifiziert- oder Veranstalter-Kennzeichen zeigen Quelle oder Status, garantieren aber weder Sicherheit noch Qualität. Sofern Loopii Zahlung nicht ausdrücklich anbietet, zahlen Nutzer untereinander. Verifizierung ist keine Hintergrundprüfung. Triff übliche Sicherheitsvorkehrungen.

4. Inhalte

Du behältst Rechte, gewährst Loopii aber eine nicht ausschließliche Lizenz zum Hosten, Übersetzen, Anzeigen, Moderieren und Teilen von Links, soweit nötig. Rechtswidrige, gefährliche, betrügerische, belästigende, irreführende oder rechtsverletzende Inhalte sind verboten. Öffentliche Inhalte können weitergeteilt werden.

5. KI, Punkte und Aktionen

Lumi, Übersetzungen, Empfehlungen und KI-Bilder können falsch sein und sind keine Fach- oder Sicherheitsberatung. Punkte sind weder Geld noch Eigentum und können bei Fehlern oder Verstößen korrigiert werden. Gewinnaktionen haben eigene Official Rules; nimm nicht teil, wenn sie nicht angezeigt werden.

6. Käufe, Sperre und Haftung

Apple/Google wickelt Käufe ab; Kontolöschung beendet das Abo nicht. Wir können Inhalte oder Zugriff aus Sicherheits-, Rechts- oder Regelgründen entfernen. Verfügbarkeit, Nutzer, Events, Karten, Übersetzungen oder KI werden nicht garantiert; zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.
