Loopii is an interest-based social app that helps you connect with people who share your interests, discover and organise events, and trade items locally.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Loopii. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account and Privacy

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may use anonymous display names and avatars. Do not share content that violates others' rights or applicable laws.

5. Content and Conduct

You may not post illegal, harassing, or misleading content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Events and Payments

Loopii allows users to create and join events, including paid events. Loopii does not process, facilitate, or take responsibility for any payments between users. All financial transactions for paid events are handled directly between the event organiser and participants outside of the Loopii platform. Loopii is not responsible for any payment disputes between users.

7. Trades and Marketplace

Loopii allows users to list items for trade or sale. Loopii is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items listed. All transactions are conducted between users at their own risk.

8. AI Companions

Loopii offers AI-powered companion features for entertainment and information purposes. AI responses are generated by automated systems and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

9. Intellectual Property

Loopii and its branding are owned by us. You retain rights to your own content and grant us a licence to display it within the service.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee availability or accuracy of user-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
