1. Promoter and acceptance

The promoter is Loopii Technologies Pty Ltd (ACN 695 140 722), registered in New South Wales, Australia (“Loopii”). Contact: support@loopii.io.

By joining the activity or publishing an entry, you agree to these Official Rules and the Loopii Terms of Service. If the App presents a newer numbered version, you must review and accept that version before a new entry can qualify.

2. Eligibility and territory

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. The activity is presented worldwide, but entry is valid only where participation in this skill-based promotion and receipt of the prize are lawful. To enter, you must:

• be at least 18 years old and hold a valid personal Loopii account;
• be physically present at the location used to join and capture your entry;
• be able to provide a lawful method for receiving Australian dollars if selected; and
• not be a Loopii employee, administrator, official/system account, or another account excluded for competition integrity.

Loopii may prevent or reject entry from a jurisdiction where local law, sanctions, payment restrictions or administration requirements make the promotion unavailable. Internet access, a compatible phone, the in-App camera and precise location permission are required. Standard carrier or data charges may apply.

3. Cash competition period

The cash competition opens at 12:00 am on 20 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on 31 October 2026, in the Australia/Sydney time zone. Loopii’s server time determines whether an entry or scoring interaction is on time.

New entries are not accepted after closing. Existing Waves may remain public, receive interactions and continue competing for the non-cash, live “Cook-Off Champion” title after the cash result is frozen.

4. How to enter

1. Sign in, enable precise location and join The Great City Cook-Off. Loopii binds your participation to the current city derived from your device location.
2. During the competition period, select the Cook-Off activity when creating a Wave.
3. Using the in-App camera at the location, capture one original table presentation showing approximately three to four dishes, add the required details and publish.

Each account may have one Cook-Off competition Wave. Gallery uploads or previously captured media do not qualify; supported offline capture may qualify only where the App stored timely location evidence and the server accepts the upload. An entry can appear on both its city board and the worldwide board.

The entrant must own the work and hold all permissions needed for identifiable people, music, locations, recipes or other protected material. Food preparation and capture must be safe and lawful.

5. Cash score, live score and tie-breaks

During the cash competition period, an eligible entry earns:

• one point for each unique eligible account that likes the entry; and
• two points for each unique eligible account that leaves an approved comment.

The same eligible account may contribute up to three points to one entry—one through a like and two as a commenter. Repeated actions by that account do not add further competition points. Self activity, and activity from staff, administrators, official accounts, bots, purchased accounts or other excluded actors, does not score.

The cash score includes only eligible activity recorded before the closing time. It freezes at closing. The separate live Champion score may continue changing after closing as eligible likes and commenters are added.

If cash scores are equal, the entry that entered the activity earlier ranks higher; if still tied, Loopii uses the earlier server record identifier as the deterministic tie-break. There is no random draw.

Displayed scores are provisional. The cash result is not final until Loopii completes its integrity and eligibility review.

6. Provisional winner, city titles and prize

Subject to final review, the eligible entry ranked #1 on the worldwide cash-prize ranking at closing is the sole provisional cash winner. Ranking #1 on a city board does not separately award cash.

The prize is A$200 cash, paid in Australian dollars by electronic payment or another lawful method agreed between Loopii and the verified winner. The winner is responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any personal tax obligation. The prize is not transferable to another entrant.

City and worldwide “Cook-Off Champion” titles are ongoing, non-cash recognition. They may change after 31 October 2026 and do not alter the frozen cash result.

7. Verification, notification and disqualification

After closing, Loopii will review location evidence, account eligibility, originality, moderation status and engagement integrity. Loopii may remove bot, purchased, coordinated, duplicate, self, staff, abusive or otherwise suspicious activity and recalculate the cash result.

Loopii intends to contact the verified provisional winner by the email linked to the Loopii account and/or an in-App message within 10 business days after completing review. The contacted entrant must respond and provide reasonable eligibility and payment information within 14 days. If they do not respond, cannot be verified, decline the prize or are disqualified, Loopii may review and contact the next eligible worldwide-ranked entrant.

Loopii may reject or disqualify an entry for false or spoofed location, reused or non-original media, unsafe or illegal conduct, rights infringement, manipulation, harassment, spam, technical abuse, breach of these rules or breach of the Loopii Terms. A decision will be made reasonably and in good faith, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy, changes, liability and contact

Loopii uses account, content, precise location, city, device/security signals, engagement and winner payment information to administer and protect the activity, as described in the Privacy Policy. A winner’s display name, Wave and city may be announced in Loopii and Loopii’s promotional channels. Any use beyond the licences already granted under the Terms will require permission where required by law.

If circumstances outside Loopii’s reasonable control materially affect the activity, Loopii may suspend, correct, extend, cancel or modify it only as reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law. Material changes will be displayed in the App or on this page; accepted entries will not be retrospectively disadvantaged unless necessary for legality, safety or integrity.

Nothing in these rules excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. The rules are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, with non-exclusive jurisdiction. Questions or disputes should first be sent to support@loopii.io with “Great City Cook-Off 2026” in the subject.

If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

2. 参加资格与开放地区

参加免费，无需购买。活动界面目前面向全球展示，但仅在当地法律允许参加此技能型活动并领取奖金的地区有效。你必须：

• 年满 18 岁，并持有有效的个人 Loopii 账号；
• 加入及拍摄作品时本人位于对应地点；
• 如获选，能够提供合法收取澳元的方式；
• 不是 Loopii 员工、管理员、官方/系统账号，也不是因活动诚信原因被排除的账号。

如当地法律、制裁、付款限制或行政要求导致活动无法提供，Loopii 可阻止或拒绝该地区参加。参加需要网络、兼容手机、App 内相机和精确定位权限；运营商可能收取一般网络费用。

3. 现金赛时间

现金赛于 2026 年 8 月 20 日 00:00 开始，于 2026 年 10 月 31 日 23:59 截止，均以 Australia/Sydney 时区为准。投稿及计分互动是否准时，以 Loopii 服务器时间为准。

截止后不再接受新参赛作品。已有 Wave 可以继续公开、获得互动，并继续争夺不含现金奖励的实时“对炒王”称号；现金赛结果不会因此改变。

4. 如何参加

1. 登录 Loopii，开启精确定位并加入“同城对炒”。Loopii 会根据设备位置把你绑定到当前城市。
2. 在现金赛期间创建 Wave 时选择同城对炒活动。
3. 在现场通过 App 内相机拍摄一桌本人原创、约含 3–4 道菜的餐桌作品，填写必要信息并发布。

每个账号最多拥有一条同城对炒参赛 Wave。相册上传或预先拍摄的媒体不符合资格；App 支持的离线现场拍摄，只有在保存了及时的位置证据且服务器接受上传时才可能符合资格。一条作品可以同时进入本城榜和全球榜。

参赛者必须拥有作品权利，并取得画面中人物、音乐、地点、食谱或其他受保护素材所需的许可。制作食物和拍摄过程必须安全合法。

5. 现金分、实时分与同分处理

在现金赛期间，每条合格作品按以下方式计分：

• 每个有效账号点赞，计 1 分；
• 每个有效账号发布一条通过审核的评论，计 2 分。

同一有效账号最多可通过一个赞和评论者身份为同一作品贡献 3 分；重复操作不会增加比赛分数。参赛者自己的互动，以及员工、管理员、官方账号、机器人、购买账号或其他无效账号的互动不计分。

现金分只计算截止前记录的有效互动，并在截止时冻结。独立的实时对炒王分数可在活动截止后随着新的有效点赞和评论者继续变化。

现金分相同时，更早进入活动的作品排名优先；如仍相同，则按服务器中更早的记录编号确定顺序。本活动不进行随机抽奖。

页面显示的分数为暂定分数。Loopii 完成诚信与资格审核前，现金赛结果并非最终结果。

6. 暂定获奖者、城市称号与奖金

在通过最终审核的前提下，截止时位于全球现金奖榜第一名的合格作品为唯一暂定现金获奖者。本城榜第一名不会另外获得现金。

奖金为 A$200 澳元现金，由 Loopii 通过电子付款或与核验后的获奖者协商的其他合法方式支付。获奖者须提供准确付款信息，并自行承担个人税务义务。奖金不可转让给其他参赛者。

各城市及全球“对炒王”属于持续变化且不含现金的荣誉称号；2026 年 10 月 31 日之后仍可更替，不影响已经冻结的现金赛结果。

7. 核验、通知与取消资格

截止后，Loopii 会审核位置证据、账号资格、原创性、内容审核状态及互动真实性。机器、购买、协同刷分、重复、自刷、员工、滥用或其他异常互动可被移除，现金榜会据此重新计算。

Loopii 计划在完成审核后的 10 个工作日内，通过账号绑定邮箱和/或 App 消息联系经核验的暂定获奖者。对方须在 14 日内回复，并提供合理的资格及付款信息。未回复、无法通过核验、拒绝奖金或被取消资格时，Loopii 可审核并联系全球榜下一名合格参赛者。

虚假或伪造定位、重复或非原创媒体、危险或违法行为、侵权、操纵排名、骚扰、垃圾内容、技术滥用、违反本规则或服务条款，均可能导致作品被拒绝或取消资格。Loopii 会在诚信和合理基础上作出决定，不影响法律规定不得排除的权利。

8. 隐私、规则变更、责任与联系

Loopii 会按隐私政策处理账号、作品、精确位置、城市、设备/安全信号、互动及获奖付款信息，以运营并保护本活动。获奖者的显示名称、Wave 和城市可能在 Loopii 及其推广渠道公布；超出服务条款已有授权的使用，会在法律要求时另行取得许可。

如 Loopii 无法合理控制的情况严重影响活动，Loopii 仅在合理必要且法律允许的范围内暂停、更正、延长、取消或修改活动。重大变更会在 App 或本页面公布；除为合法、安全或诚信所必需，不会追溯性地损害已经符合资格的投稿。

本规则不排除《澳大利亚消费者法》或其他适用法律下不得排除的权利或救济。本规则适用澳大利亚新南威尔士州法律，该州法院拥有非专属管辖权。问题或争议请发送至 support@loopii.io，邮件标题注明“Great City Cook-Off 2026”。

在法律允许范围内，如译文与英文版不一致，以英文版为准。
