You can delete your Loopii account at any time. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data when you do.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read carefully before proceeding.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Loopii app
  2. Go to Profile (bottom right)
  3. Tap Settings (top right)
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2 — Request via email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@loopii.io from the email address associated with your account. We will action your request within 7 business days.

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:

What Happens to Shared Content

So that other people's conversations and plans are not broken, some content you created in shared spaces is kept but permanently disconnected from you. Your name, profile, and identifiers are removed so the content can no longer be linked back to you. This applies to:

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal and operational reasons:

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you have an active Loopii Premium subscription, please cancel it through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

Processing Time

Account deletion is processed immediately when initiated through the app. All personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days. Backup data is fully purged within 90 days.
